Create a Swipeable Panorama
Split a wide panorama photo into a set of posts that your followers can swipe through on your Instagram profile.
Instructions
1 - Choose your panorama
Open InstantGrid and choose a wide panorama photo, either from Photos or from Files. The wider the photo, the more dramatic the swipeable effect will be.
2 - Switch on Panorama Mode
Tap the panorama icon in the top-right corner of the editor to switch from Grid Mode to Panorama Mode.
3 - Choose Square or Portrait
At the top of the editor, switch between square and portrait aspect ratios. This matches the two ways Instagram displays photos in your feed and on your profile grid — Square posts as a 1:1 tile, while Portrait posts as a taller 4:5 tile that takes up more space in the feed.
4 - Set the number of panels
Use the Panorama Mode control at the bottom of the screen to choose how many panels to split your photo into.
5 - Export your panorama
Tap 'Export' and InstantGrid will save each panel as a separate photo to your Photos library, in order from left to right, ready to upload.
6 - Post your panels to Instagram
Open Instagram and create a new carousel post using all of your panels together, adding them in order from left to right so they swipe correctly.
