Instructions

1 - Using the time modification buttons

When you launch the app, the current date and time (set by the device) is shown at the top of the screen. You can calculate the date and time by using the time modification buttons at the bottom of the screen.
You can add Years, Months, Weeks, Days, Hours and Minutes by pressing the + and - buttons. The amount of each time period added will be shown in the middle of the + and - buttons as it is changed.
As you modify the date, the screen will update to show an estimated position of the sun and moon, and will transition between day time and night time.
(The position of the sun and moon and day/night time mode are for design purposes only and should not be relied upon as being accurate.)

2 - View the calculated date

As soon as you add time, the large date at the top of the screen will show the new calculated date and time.
The current date and time will be shown in a smaller font below the new calculated date.

3 - Live updating

The new calculated date and time will automatically update to reflect the date relative to the current date.
The current date label below will also update live to show the current date and time.

4 - Calculate a past date

You can also use the time modification buttons to add a negative amount of time, to work out a date and time in the past.

5 - Reset to the current date

Once you are done calculating a date, press the "Reset" button to reset all of the time modification values to zero and revert back to the current date and time.
