App Preferences
Choose which information is removed and which information remains when you reset the timer.
Instructions
1 - Open preferences
You can open the preferences panel by tapping on the 3 sliders icon in the top right corner of the app. This will present the preferences panel with all of the available options for your version of the app and the options that are supported on your device.
2 - Clear title
You can enter a title in to the 'Event Title' field that will be used when you save your event. You can choose if you would like the title to be cleared or to remain when you reset the timer.
Having the title remain when the timer is reset can be useful if you are working on the same project, but with breaks in between.
3 - Clear description
You can enter a description that will be added to the notes section when you save your event, along with more details about the event, including start time, end time, duration, etc. You can choose if you would like the description to be cleared or to remain when you reset the timer.
The description field allows you to provide more context about the specific part of a task that you are currently working on, if you are working on a larger project.
4 - Set default calendar
You can choose to save the event to any of the calendars that you have set up on your device. This can be helpful to categorise your events, such as work, personal, studying, etc.
You can choose to have the app return to saving events to your default calendar after you reset the timer.
5 - Choose app icon
On supported devices, you can choose between the classic orange app icon, or the purple dark mode app icon.
Tap on the icon that you would like to use and you will see a confirmation alert, informing you that the app icon has been changed.
Return to your home screen to see your chosen app icon.
This option will only show on supported devices and versions of iOS.
