Lock Screen Widget
You can add the "Scan New Card" widget to the lock screen of your device to instantly launch the card scanner within the Business Card Scan app from your lock screen.

Instructions
1 - Edit your lock screen
Wake your device so that you can see the lock screen. You will need to unlock your device then long press on your wallpaper to view the customisation options.
2 - View the widget panel
Tap on "Customise" at the bottom of the screen, below your wallpaper image then tap on "Lock Screen". Tap in the "Add Widgets" area at the top of your screen (or at the side of your screen on iPad in landscape mode).
3 - Add the widget
Then scroll through the widgets until you find "Card Scan". Tap on "Card Scan" then choose one of the two widget sizes. Tap on one of them to add it to the widgets area. You can drag the widgets in the widget area to rearrange the order. Then tap the "X" in the top right corner to dismiss the widget panel.
4 - Return to the lock screen
Tap the "Done" button in the top right corner then tap on the wallpaper to set it as your lock screen.
5 - Open the scanner (Optional)
You can open the card scanner directly from your lock screen by tapping on the widget.
Your device will need to be unlocked to be able to open the app and will require a subscription to the Business Card Scan app.
